Mini-Sub ®Cell GT電泳槽

經(jīng)過重新設(shè)計(jì)的Mini-Sub cell電泳槽更新了功能特點(diǎn)，使電泳更容易方便。小型水平電泳槽可分離多達(dá)30個(gè)樣品，7和10厘米的短而窄的電泳槽使實(shí)驗(yàn)快速、簡(jiǎn)便和經(jīng)濟(jì)。Bio-Rad 小型電泳槽60V、1.5 小時(shí)就能分離EcoR 1或HindII酶切的λ噬菌體DNA產(chǎn)物。小片段DNA分離在150V電壓下只需15分鐘。所有小型電泳槽都兼容ReadyAgaroseTM預(yù)制膠一為常規(guī)分 離節(jié)省時(shí)間，得到高度重復(fù)的分離結(jié)果，這些小型電泳槽包括:緩沖液槽、帶電纜的安全蓋和水平測(cè)量器。
