干細(xì)胞因子（SCF）在配子發(fā)生，黑色素生成和造血的早期階段起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在體外和體內(nèi)，SCF可以刺激成熟肥大細(xì)胞的增殖，以及未成熟肥大細(xì)胞的增殖和成熟。在純化的原始人和小鼠造血前體上，SCF與各種生長(zhǎng)因子（如IL-1，IL-3，IL-6，IL-7和Epo）協(xié)同作用，以誘導(dǎo)髓系，紅系和淋巴系集落形成。

Stem Cell Factor (SCF) plays essential roles in gametogenesis, melanogenesis and early stages of hematopoiesis. In in vitro and in vivo, SCF can stimulate the proliferation of mature, as well as the proliferation and maturation of immature, mast cells. On purified primitive human and mouse hematopoietic precursors, SCF acts in a synergistic manner with various growth factors, such as IL-1, IL-3, IL-6, IL-7, and Epo, to induce myeloid, erythroid and lymphoid lineage colony formation.
